Hi beautiful, I am Nid

It can be hard to know the 'right' breathing practice for you to take. 

My journey with my breath required years of denying myself good-quality breathing - I smoked, had panic attacks and suffered years of bronchitis. 

Regardless of learning about breathing through singing and drama as a teen, it took me until my 30s to get serious. Why? I wanted to free dive and learn to be without my breath - like death!

But before I got to the water I studied practices in yoga, trauma-informed and transformational breathing practices to shift my nervous system, heal my emotional fears and access the energy always within me. 

I became free in my breath and embraced my life! And you can too!
